When you submit an enquiry we collect the business contact and requirement details you enter: company, contact name, business email, optional phone number, product, quantity, destination, documentation, intended application, and message.
How it is used
Submitted details are used to assess and respond to the request, including technical, commercial, and compliance review. We do not sell enquiry information or use it for unrelated marketing.
Abuse prevention
To limit spam, we store a one-way hash derived from the submitting network address and apply a rate limit. The raw address is not stored with the enquiry.
Access and security
Enquiry records are stored in a secured database. Access is restricted to authenticated staff with an assigned role and enforced by row-level security.
Retention
Records are retained only as long as necessary for business, compliance, and security purposes, then deleted or anonymized.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, or delete personal information you submitted. Send the request through the contact form using the same business email so it can be matched.
